Dark yellow bubble

It's on one of the leaves on my seedling. I don't know what it is but it doesn't look right. Can someone tell me whats wrong?

I hate to deouble post but something worst has happend. I carefully took off the yellow bubble with tweezers and left it to grow over-night and now I've noticed that there are hairs coming out of the leaf where the bubbles used to be. I'm not sure what it is, can somebody help me please.
