The real deal on your lungs and weed?

I don't think Cannabis in general is particularly bad for your lungs.

But that doesn't mean other things aren't bad for your lungs.

If you buy cheaper outdoor you are going to be smoking dust and smog particles, etc along with the weed. My lungs certainly do feel sore sometimes after smoking some harsh outdoor.

And Hash, Hash Oil, etc tend to be harder on your lungs than regular weed also.

So while smoking Cannabis probably isn't too harmful, if your regular routine involves smoking outdoor with the "essence of earth" all over it and smearing a bunch of hash oil on top - that is not going to be very easy on your lungs especially over the long term.
