I hope that ham was suitably heated in the potato Res. Otherwise it could cause food poisoning!
apsinthion Reviewed by apsinthion on . Baked Potatoes Rock! So, here's what I did: 1. Preheat the oven at gas mark 6 2. Introduce 2 BIG potatoes into the oven, and leave them there for an hour (stab the feckers with a fork a few times first) 3. Take out the taters, cut them in half, and scrap their innerds out with a spoon and put the innerds into a bowl 4. Add a generous lump of butter, then mix and mash up the potato 5. Add some chopped up ham into the potato and mix it all in. 6. Spoon the potato/ham mix back into the skins, then chuck 'em on Rating: 5
