That's some good shit right there... There's this restaurant I go to occasinally, and they make some frickin amazing baked potatoes just like that, but they add more stuff, and it's smothered in melted cheese... Heaven on Earth I tell ya!

Introduce 2 BIG potatoes into the oven, and leave them there for an hour (stab the feckers with a fork a few times first) 3. Take out the taters, cut them in half, and scrap their innerds out with a spoon and put the innerds into a bowl 4. Add a generous lump of butter, then mix and mash up the potato 5. Add some chopped up ham into the potato and mix it all in. 6. Spoon the potato/ham mix back into the skins, then chuck 'em on Rating: 5

just so you know..

Unless your ham was raw (which I personally have never seen here in the US), it should have been cured, or smoked and cured. If your ham WAS raw, it would probably have a big warning sign on the front telling you to cook it correctly.

so relax... Check the package- if it says "cooked ham", i'm pretty sure you don't have to cook it.
