It's sad that Fox news isn't honest enough to really look at this study and report on it honestly. Studies like this give a really bad name to real scientists. The methodology on it is some of the worst I've seen in a while.

First, this is a population study. In order to accurately conduct a population study you need a large enough sample group to ensure that your sample at least approximates the whole population. 79 people doesn't even come close to a proper sample size.

Second, he has no control group. All of the people studied already have lung cancer. Where are the healthy people? How many of them smoked weed and didn't get cancer?

Quite frankly, this study isn't worth the paper it's written on.
