Well, pretty much got a job but they required a urine test first...

Here is my situation. Smoked 1-3 times daily for 5 months, then none at all for 2 months. Then back to 1-3 times daily for about 4 months. In the 28 days prior to the test I smoke once near the beginning of that time period. I started exercising for 30 minutes every day the week before the test. Didn't know this was a bad thing at the time. The morning of the test I drank about 2 liters of water. The urine used for the test looked pretty clear in the toilet but in the cup it was a pale yellow. About the color of these faces. :stoned:

I'm about 5'7" and probably about 190 lbs with a fairly slow metabolism. (hence starting the exercise routine and gaining the weight in the first place...)

I'm nervous... I should have prepared more. :/ Think I passed? I won't hear back from them until sometime between tomorrow or the beginning of next week.

my opinion: Drinking 2 liters of water the morning of the test probably made your sample to dilute.

Yeah, they might make you retake it if it is to diluted.... Although you should be in the clear if you haven't smoked in 28 days or so, and you started exercising which would help... GL and looking forward to hearing the results

Quite a lot of water but you maybe OK. 28 days since you smoked so my guess would be you'll pass if you don't get a negative dillute.

28 days sounds about right for the amount you smoked. I would say about 75% it comes back negative - dilute( theyl probably ask you to take another piss test, which buys you more time, although they decide to change test types, and send you off for a hair test, which would be costly for them ) or clear.
