i know theres no trichomes on them but what is the sticky, smelly substance on the stems? i would have thought it was some type of THC containing material!?.... ... TO THE COMPOST HEAP!
The sticky stuff is baby trichomes. However, at this point they don't contain much if any THC. They will have cannabinoid and terpenoid compounds (the sticky smelly stuff), but they will not have broken down into the THC-CBN-CBD compound that makes cannabis worth using.
If you let it dry and cure for a couple months it will have broken down, but the amount will still be tiny, and like any weed harvested too soon, the effects will be light.
