yeah, ive never heard it called luminosity before. if u want to look it up search for astral projection or astral travel. what u described is almost exactly what happens during an astral projection

I use to lucid dream alot when I was younger. I remember being able to move my hand and arms in my sleep. I once tried to wake myself up by pushing my head, but I heard and felt a weird uncomfortable warping buzz sound. It was like my brain was sending me a message not to do that. Anybodyy experience this before?

Jugg - Happens to me all the time. I just call it seeing through my eyelids. It usually happens to me when Im fucked on weed and serequel. Sometimes it gets realllly fucking creepy though.
