    Cloning Question

Hello, just wondering if a cutting from a stem that still has pistils on it will suffice as a normal clone or cutting? Does the pistil and the flowering pistil have any effect on the clone?

    Cloning Question

Not too sure what you're asking. You can take clones from a flowering plant, but it takes quite a while for it to revert back to a vegetative state. At times, a month or longer. Also, you really want to do as little cutting as possible when you're flowering. You don't want to cause much undue stress, which can lead to infections, slower growth rates, and the dreaded hermaphrodite.

If you're really far into flowering, you may just want to think about cutting your losses and growing out a healthy mother plant to take clones from. If you're just looking to preserve the strain, you could also think about revegging after harvest.

    Cloning Question

So if you take clones from a flowering plant, will the cuttings (well rooted btw) that have premature flowers on them be suitable as normal plants if you plant them.

You'll need to switch it to either a 18/6 or 24/0 lighting regimen, and be prepared to wait. It can take some before they start producing new foliage. When it's well rooted, thriving in a pot, and doesn't show any more signs of wilting, start giving it some diluted Nitrogen-rich fertilizer. Still, it may take a while before it starts packing the foliage on again.
