Random Drug Test Coming Up Soon

I am joining a frat and they do a random drug test sometime this semester for pledges. The last time I smoked was on saturday, but for the last year it has almost been a habitual event everyday. I bought I detox cleansing system from GNC to help a little and I have started to do cardio for about 15 minutes about 3 times a week on average. Im 6 foot and 135 pounds. Do I have any chance at passing if its in 2 weeks? And what else do I need to add to my regiment.

Read the Dilution Sticky they probably arent going to use any kind of expensive test you can trick them with dilution.

Eat High Fiber Foods
Do Cardio
Buy some test strips to see where your at for pass/fail
be lazy 48/72 hours before test.
