I'm afraid I have no real legitimate excuse to smoke weed. I am (it seems) one of the few fortunate ones who, so far, does not suffer chronic backpain or incredible migraines (well, once in a while).

It helping with headaches, if i have one, and the occasional hangover, is really just one of the benefits that come with it...

For me, it's purely for recreation and relaxation.

Yea I'm not going to sit here and say that there are times I don't "abuse" it, because, though I am on a break from smoking now, there are weeks straight that I'll just be blitzed. And even if my intentions are to use it maybe a little too much, how is that at ALL different or worse, from someone overindulging on alcohol, or taking too many perscription pain killers (which, BOTH are entirely different because THEY are addictive), or even binge eating! It's not illegal to be an alcoholic, OR to be obese...

I feel good all the time, when I'm sober. But I use marijuana to feel different. It's my "glass of wine" at night.

Too, I definitely like the fact that I'm doing something the gov't doesn't want me to do.

I mean, if a trooper sees a joint in my hand, and i'm at the wheel of a car, i'm busted... but For some reason, I never get pulled over on the road for eating too many candybars...
