I am, by temperament, very anxious. Sometimes it is hard for me to slow down and take time for myself to relax. I use cannabis to set aside a chunk of alone time to just think and introspect.

I don't like to smoke with other people. I don't do it for social reasons, more like for psychological anxiety as a meditative exercise, so it messes with my high if I'm trying to socialize.

I also like it for physical pain or when I'm sick. Really takes the edge off.
