Light Cycle Switching Question
Currently I have my plants on a 18/6 getting ready to go 12/12 in a day or two. Right now I am running the lights during the day and I am wanting to run them at night while flowering. Before I switch to 12/12 can I put the plants in an extended period of darkness? Or should I make the switch by an extended period of light?
