No.
In the beginning, the roots will all be in the center. No use watering areas where there are no roots to absorb the water. Also, the plant will eventually need the nutrients from those outer areas, so you don't want to wash them all away before they can be used.

Hello folks, in a few weeks i am starting my first serious proyect with aprox 10 afgaan from nirvana, with a 400watts hid :D... what you think guys if after the germinating progress is completed, i put all of them in the definitive pot at first, never to repot, how the plant will be? i am just curious because in the mother nature this never happend, the repot lol...
