Cranberry juice doesn't clean out our urinary tract. What it does is it a mild diuretic and a urinary tract antiseptic in that it helps control bacteria and not that it is some sponge and soap cleaner that scrubs THC out of your bladder.

Ok im 5'9 185 and have been smoking a few bowls a day for the past 4 months, i have 35 days until the day i ship out and i will have to take a drug test that day, i have been running a mile and a half every day along with sit ups, push ups and pull ups, also i have started to drink alot of water also, what else could i do to help flush it out and am i pretty much fine.? im extremly worried.
