I know it sounds stupid, but I'm curious. I mean, when a person starves, their body will start to literally eat itself after a while, hence the weight loss and gaunt/starved look. I'm assuming that fat cells would be the first to go, although there's probably more protein in muscle tissue.

Anyways, I don't want to die or starve myself or anything, but would fasting as much as possible the 1-10 days before the test help burn more THC-storing fat cells, or would it just fuck up your body and hinder the effects of the exercising/following the dilution method?

I guess theoretically you could just replace the red meat eating with creatine supplements and do them both no problem, but does not eating make your body not benefit from the exercise as much or anything?


If fasting helps the process at all that would be sweet. If I tried this I would be taking supplements still while exercising and drinking of course, I just wouldn't eat anything.
