My plans for an upcoming Probation UA, any suggestions?
I'm the same height and you're a lot skinner than I. You might be able to get clean in 7 days but testing your first void of the morning with test strips will be the only way to know. Having less fat gives the THC metabolites less places to be stored. Consider yourself luckier than most.

After 30 days of not smoking, I found that about 3/4 of the liquid mentioned in the sticky was as lean as I felt comfortable with...but everyone is different. Keep a little log of your testing..mark what time you drank water, how much, when you pissed, took B2 or B-complex and when your pee started turning yellow and practice several times.
