seedling drooping twisted leaves some browning HELP

im growing some top 44 and a mandala mix my sedling all sprouted all have grown fast and tall which surprised me cuz the t44 is supposed to be a smaller squat plant but anyway now the seedling have gotten so long it seems the skinny fresh stems cannot maintatne weight and the plant are falling over im getting some browning in my tips i have them in pellets in grodan chips in mesh cups sitting in water like 5th strength nutes (very wweak) please help any tips appreciated this is my first puschased seed grow i dont want them to die. i also have some more grodan chips ive been waiting to see roots outside the cups to exchange grow chambers to a passive chamber i built but im thinking i should just place the mesh cups in a large bed of grodan chips in my tray and water as needed what does any one think any advice PLEASE!!!!!!

NO nutes
No standing water ever
More light to prevent further stretching
Plant into a proper seedling starting mix right up to the node where the little round seed-leaves first formed.
Do not use a bed-style grow until you get to the point where you are running from known female clones.
