As I've mentioned in my Herbalaire post, I have been vaping for a couple of months now. I haven't been able to find any info about my question and I'm wondering if anyone knows or has any thoughts on this.
What happens to the little bits or particles of plants that we inhale when vaporizing?
For example, when my erb gets near the end, it's quite dry. I'll usually give it a bit of a stir or poke to break it up a little to get the last bit of vapor out of it. When I do this, I usually get bits of the erb on my tongue. Not lots of it but usually a few little bits. I assume that when we're inhaling, lots of this type of stuff goes into our lungs.
Obviously, it's nowhere near as bad for your lungs as the carcinogens or tar or anything else. However, should I / we be worried about what happens to the plant matter that goes into our lungs? Will it collect over time or just dissolve by our body breaking it down in our lungs? Is it bad for our lungs?
Any thoughts?
