my nightly regiment is go downstairs pack a bowl smoke it brush my teeth then sleep i am so relaxed and i sleep good too and feel great the next morning. anyone else smoke prior to bed time

I was leaning against not going through all the work of leaving my dorm and going to my car to smoke again tonight but this thread changed my mind.

I alwayz make sure i smoke before bed, cuz it helps me sleep really good and i feel really relaxed, that the bed feels like the comfiest place in the world! lol:thumbsup::jointsmile:Also i have a mild case of insomnia, so it helps me relax and get to sleep!:jointsmile:

Sleeping when you are baked is the absolute best. Nothing beats drifting off in bed with the headphones on after smoking a huge bowl :bonghit:

Hells yeah, i like to take a long hot shower, light up a spliff and watch family guy, that 70's show and the Craig Ferguson monologue. then I grab a bottle of water and hit the pillow.. Im asleep in 5 minutes.

Well... i smoke before bed, but not right before bed... I think to smoke and sleep right afterwards is an waste of the high... so i wait the high wear off, and when im starting to feel burnt out i eat and then sleep.
