need help/is this good ?

ok so i recently started smokin about 3 1/2 weeks ago i smoked about 3-4 times a week only once a day during them times... i stopped about 14 days ago.. coincidently i have a drug test comin up within the next week , week and half go figure..... im 6'0 215lbs and been drinkin alot of water and also takin vitamin b complex am i doing what i should be or is there something else ? any help is appreciated.. thanks
