if you plant in late june/early july, it should cut about a month or more from the veg period, which will translate to a plant several feet shorter

Ok guys, thanks for the interesting replies. I have it inside a plastic Jiffy greenhouse, and since its Winter, I put it in my closet with a Compact fluorescent light. I'd say its about 2inches and has 4 little leaves. I must be doing something wrong because there are also 2 yellow spots on the leaves. Its looks like they've been burned to me. Anyway, I'll keep you guys updated on my little experiment. :thumbsup:


oh yeah I forgot to add the temperature in my closet is about 65+
and I open the window a little in there often.

you should have 2 daylight 23w cfls now, and plan to add a third in a week or 2


no nutirents until its got 4-5 leaf sets. if you havent given any yet, soil may just be "hot", but should be ok for now unless it worsens

There is a lot of water in the middle of the seedling, is that supposed to happed? Theres also less water on the ceiling of the greenhouse. I would assume that the seedling is taking up the water but just to be sure I'd thought I'd bring it up with you guys.
