And yes it is total bullshit, LSD isn't easy to make like meth. If you want to trip on LSA just make sure there are no fungicides on the morning glory seeds and soak them in vodka or eat them.

Fungicides are chemicals that prevent the growth of/destroy molds. They are sometimes put on morning glory seeds to deter people from trying to use them recreationally.
If you plan on getting them in packs at a home and garden store look to see if it says anything. The seeds can also be ordered in bulk over the internet.

Petroleum Ether by the way I believe is naptha, lighter fluid.

Petroleum ether is Naptha, Its a lighter petroleum product containing pentanes and hexanes.

Also known as Zippo lighter fluid, Colman Camp Fuel.

Given that it is fuel it is extremely flamable, volatile and explosive you might want to be a bit careful. And anything on the shelf is denaturated, so distilling it would make it evaporated to dryness. Except... distilling organic compounds is really hard without good equiptment, and when you heat camp fuel the fumes collect like a motherfucker.

But the thing with volatile compounds is that they are much easyer to condense than water, but keeping the fumes down is really hard. If you have a long still arm and a collection glass cooled in an ice bath it can be done without a water condenser.

It's called a "backdraft" the physics behind it is actually amazing. The fumes can collect in a room and seep through cracks and shit. But when you trap the vapor you can see it condense and you can see the physical change the substance is undergoing. The molecular interactions and dynamics of the substance as the vapor condenses is incredible.
