Okay, so this is what went down this weekend. I brought my GD with me, added more Everclear, boiled it down again, and extracted a bit more stuff from the remaining colorless duff. I had smoked a few times this weekend, and my tolerance is fairly noticable, so I took 3 drops, and added them to a screwdriver with some more Everclear. I did not eat anything. I took a shower, and came out. An hour had passed since I drank the semi-okay tasting mixture.

Bottom line is, I didn't feel a thing. I know I made it properly, it was completely opaque and the expected golden green color. I am highly (no pun intended :stoned convinced it definitely had something to do with my tolerance; I've smoked mids every day, usually about 1/4 gram per day for two years now. I'm abstaining from weed this and part of next week, namely because I can't afford it because of tuition, books, and I've worked dramatically less than I have in the past.

So yeah, I was disappointed, but not wholly surprised... I'll let you all know when I'm attempting it again, probably going to be the weekend of Feb 2nd, probably February 3rd, since I'm off that day.

I've got a lot of high-quality keif from my grinder catch, and I'd really like to put it to some good use with the green dragon tincture... I've gotten a hold of some Everclear, so that's good to go. I've made larger scale variations of GD with pot and a half handle of high-proof rum, stuck it in a closet, and it worked great, I'm just wondering if keif and green dragon could work well together.
