That's a result of just how much success here would mean for stealth grow ops (And many other things as well, like long distance space travel). For all the reasons (Reduced electricity consumption by an order of magnitude, reduced heat output by the same, and all the benefits leading to size reduction those imply), obvious to people who have researched it.

SnSstealth could I ask for clarification on something you posted a long time ago? You said you were "getting 5000 lumen across the room at the top of the pots" in a post Feb. 2. How did you measure this? Could you tell me what meter you used?

Most meters I've seen measure in Lux or foot-candles. It matters because of calculations I'm making, correcting and revising.

Experiments with Hydroponics, Aeroponics, and LED Grow Lighting

Has grow tests with a number of LED light products.

They've tested with a single Procyon 100, and I've used their numbers to calculate the average intensity of Procyon 100 at 1 meter, and I get 2073 lumens. 1 meter is about 38 inches, of course, if the distance is closer it will be proportionally brighter.

thanks for the interest you guys, and the good words opie. i finally got my laptop fixed, so the updates will be more often now...we are a week into flowering today. i will have some pics up later this afternoon...got 2 MORE males i think we gotta get out of there...need some opinions on picking the father, i am trying to stabilize this cross. more on that later...im really glad you guys are all looking into the procyon. looking forward to having more people using them, so we can compare n shit.

if its anything other than bad luck, than it might be the weird temp. changes we've had here. trying to get a in room a/c, but theyre expensive.

7 outta 23...4 to show still......that doesnt mean that 16 were male. only pulled like 5 males, had a few sick plants too.....i dont think the light had to much at all to do with the sex of the plants......

it shouldn't be a problem of light... just that males get a faster growth as usual so u see them first.... and also there're sometimes easier to reconize .

A question thought, why would you clone instead when doing such a yield ? It'll look more efficient to me...

as far as pre made LED grow lights go, right now the procyon is the shit...IMHO, and the reason there is no cloning going on, (yet) is because i am making a strain.i have crossed jack herer x bubbleberry, so cloning wont help me get myF3, F4 and so on....cant clone and make a strain
