Without being able to know for sure what caused the passing of the test, its hard to give any credit to any of the methods you mentioned there. It could have been any of them, it could have been all of them.

Body weight and metabolism play a large role in the entire process, and its entirely possible that you would have passed without doing any of that, but its impossible to know either way.
