Has anyone ever Lucid Dreamed?
I love lucid dreaming. It's been a while though. I could actually wake myself up while I was in a dream too if I wanted to wake, just by like twitching. I used to wake myself up if I thought it was going to be a bad dream when I was younger. It's really cool to realize your in a dream, then explore.

You don't need to induce dreams, you just need to remember them.. You have at least 1 dream every REM period, and if you get at least 8 hours of sleep at night, you have 5 REM periods (5 dreams, minimum). Most people have ~20 dreams a night. Remembering dreams is as easy as telling yourself "I will remember my dreams" repeatedly when you go to sleep. Write them down when you awake. (You will probably remember some dreams the first or second night, if you make an effort).

Man... it happens with me very frequently... i remember becoming aware that i was dreaming while i was a child... sometimes, during very weird dreams, i would realize the weirdness of it and then realize i was dreaming... but then it was only a curious thing.
Many years after it, i started to learn about Astral Projection, and started to try it. And then it started to happen very frequently. I would have several lucid dreams. Until today i dont know how many experiences i had were only lucid dreams and how many were actual astral projections. I never had any awake-induced astral projection, so i cant tell the difference between astral projections and lucid dreams.
I also had lots of sleep paralysis... mainly after "returning" from attempts of astral projecting... i could feel i was in my physical body, unable to move, and i also could feel i was "floating"... it was scary... and i also had lots of dreams within dreams... like... you think you awoke but youre still dreaming... once i "awoke" several times... 7 or 8 if i remember well... i was starting to become bored... i awoke, and was dreaming... then awoke again, and still was dreaming... then forced myself to awake, and i awoke... only to discover i still was dreaming... damn...
And weed can help you... usually indica strains, which give you a heavy couchlock can make you enter a dreamlike state, and its easy to start a lucid dream from this dreamlike state... also, several people reported having out-of-body-experiences (astral projections) while high on weed. I never had it myself yet... but i want to have one so badly... thats why i smoke every day lol :rastasmoke:
There is a lot of useful information about this in this sites:
Lucid Dreaming Resources, Out of Body Experiences and Astral Projection Books, Reading and Programs
The Robert Peterson's book is very good.
The Collected Writing of Don DeGracia
The OOBE course and the book about science and occult is VERY good also.
So, good luck, and have nice dreams!

Hell yeah man, yeah I used to smoke indica because it was all I could get, and the body high was strong as hell that I wouldn't want to move. So I would just sit there in a coma-like state and literally dream while awake, very cool experience.

damn, this seems pretty tough. but very cool. im usually bad at this stuff tho. i relate it a lot to spirituality, and im very out of touch with my spirituality at this time in my life. but hopefully i can put that aside and just attempt this. thanks for the idea, seems interesting
