Has anyone ever Lucid Dreamed?
You don't need to induce dreams, you just need to remember them.. You have at least 1 dream every REM period, and if you get at least 8 hours of sleep at night, you have 5 REM periods (5 dreams, minimum). Most people have ~20 dreams a night. Remembering dreams is as easy as telling yourself "I will remember my dreams" repeatedly when you go to sleep. Write them down when you awake. (You will probably remember some dreams the first or second night, if you make an effort).

For those who are unaware of what it is, Lucid Dreaming is basically when you're dreaming, you realize that you are, and you take advantage of it. By doing this, you are basically a GOD in your dream since there are no limits. If you want to fly, you can, if you want to go to other worlds you can. Anything you think of is possible, if you want it enough. If you want several pounds of Northern Lights to appear right in front of you, it's possible. If you want to have a Lucid wet dream with Rating: 5
