PIX HELP!!! first cabinat grow

need help please this is gonna be my first cabinat grow and i wanted to put a 250 watt in it, a small fan basicly nothing that much i dont really want to spend alot maybe like $40 - $50. what should i put in my cabinat for that budget? thank you for your help

paint a flat white
put foam weather stripping around the door
cut you an exhaust hole and an intake hole, size depends on size of light but its always better to have more exhaust and airflow
if your goin 250 or so i would recommend getting atleast a 4" exhaust

Well the computer fans i just ripped out of a old computer but there not much at all probally around $5

The lights were probally around $30 for bulbs and fixtures

oh i just started making my grow cabinat today here are some pics but im not done yet im thinking of putting in maybe 2 computer fans and 1 more light and put a lock on it and a lamp timer and a thermameter

2 things:

1) From what I've read in these forums, it sounds like during the flowering stage (12on/12off) you don't want ANY light to hit the plants. From the pictures, it seems like that might be a problem, since light might be able to leak in from the top and sides of the cabinet door. Disregard this if you are planning on using something else during the 12on/12off stage.

2) Where did you buy the lights from? Can you find them at Target or something? All I have right now is CFLs. How do you know if it's the kind of light you want? Can someone send me a couple links online where I could buy the right lights? Thanks!
