So an underground market on the streets can be created for these products, rather than a regulated market in which age limits have been imposed on such products; let alone legitimate sales having tax benefits..People are always going to do drugs, because drugs are always going to be here...when you take the legal distribution out of things such as pipes, it merely does what drug prohibition has done in the first place...driven it onto the streets for unregulated and untaxed sales..people in political standpoints just don't get it...I wonder how many years you have to go to college in order to qualify to be a legislator..:wtf: because for some reason I get the feeling I'm much more brighter than some of the people making the decisions of which affect our lives..
