Hello from Los Angeles
Just wanted to introduce myself to the forum... and get any feedback about medical use. Ive talk to doctors but they all want previous diagnosis from doctors. Now, i dont have any health insurance and havent gone to a doctor for migranes....i usuallly just take a dose of excedrin and get it over with. Ive just recently started using the herb and it helps where i can even go outside where there is light and not affect me at all...my question is cant the doctors just determine wether i would be a candidate or would i have to spend money with the rest of the doctors and use their diagnosis first? Hope to hear from you guys and by the way thanks for all the help this site gives, i was not aware of so much beneficial things this plant has.

Hello from Los Angeles
in california, and especially los angeles, there are a number of physicians who will not charge you if they find you are not a candidate for MMJ...
but if you truly are having migranes with no relief from conventional medication, then many Drs will be more than happy to help...
i doubt you'll have any trouble if you are sincere...

Hello from Los Angeles
I have my rec for migraines for the most part. Mine are from a childhood head trauma. Check out the link in my sig and scroll down to "Migraine"- there should be at least a half dozen studies there.
First, you need to go to one of those doctors and get a copy of your medical records. Just ask! As long as you have proof of a medical condition- it's easy as pie to get "legal"! Then go to NORML's web site and find the list of cannabis friendly doctors. Take your medical records in when you see the doctor. You will be approved! - Granny:hippy:
