Powering 1050w of light and fans with solar panel?
I was wondering if this is realistic in any sense...is it possible to power 1050w of light and a couple of duct fans with a solar panel to a battery then to a power converter? Or are the solar panels out there not capable of producing enough electricity for that? thanks guys

yes you can, i do it currently. about 2200 watts in lights used on a 2500 watt tie system. my bill is around 1000 a year, give or take 100 bucks. but the investment was 16000 to start. i blame it on the plasma tv's
