First off all the whole world is going to take a day off for my celebration party, well maybe a week. Next, the first victims of my wraith will be stupid people and bad drivers and the annoying cell phone people who have no cell phone manners.:gunfighter2: Then I'm throwing a few celebrities in prison.

A kilo of cannabis [36 ounces] will be delivered to every household every sunday morning.

Cannabis, will of course be legal, and there will be no limit on how much you can grow/own/smoke.

People who badmouth cannabis will be executed, by me.

All other drugs will be illegal to sell, but regulated by the NHS, therefore free and stopping crime. YES, it'd cost the NHS money to get the drugs, but it'd be cheaper than using almost all of the polices time sorting out the drug related crime.

Tax would go down by 2%

VAT would be at 16% instead of 17. It'll make a differnce over time.

Council tax would drop, and the money would be used on IMPORTANT things for the community and wouldnt be wasted.

Teenage thugs will have their arms amputated. Murderers will have arms and legs amputated, depending on how horrific the crime is, execution.

Manslaughter will be punishable the same as assault. [GBH]

Fuel prices would drop, because if i was in power we'd be using hemp and not petrol. And concidering hemp grows for free, the fuel cost would only be the cost of producing it.

Un-insured drivers would be shot in the foot twise.

Public drunkenness would be punishable by a £2000 fine - public drunkenness that leads to violence and vandalism would be punishable by 5 years imprisonment minimum, 20 years maximum. The maximum would be applied to almost ALL cases.

Terrorists would be torchered untill they die.

Old government members will be imprisoned for life, with no chance of release. Some will be executed.

The media will be forced to give facts, not false facts and complete fabrications.

Immigrants would be sent home, if they refused, they'd be executed.

There would be no national speed limit, drive as fast as you like.

Coffee shops would be opened up in EVERY town.

Schools would bring back caning. But NOT with a cane - with a scaffolding pole.

Children will be taught what matters - the usual english math blah blah blah, but also about mortages, home equity, insurance, VAT, how governments work etc etc.

The minimum wage would be £4.50

Guns would be 100% legal for self defence. ONLY to have in the home, not to carry outside AT ALL under penalty of arm amputation.

Any country that threatens me will be dealt with accordingly. If they're more trouble than they're worth, they'd be eradicated.
