Those are good reasons for using CFLs, and it seems to be working really well for you! I wouldn't change a thing about your nute regimen, they're doing their job perfectly. If you're not already doing periodic flushes, make sure you get several good ones in before you chop her down.

I'd like to get a few CFL and 4" fluorescent fixtures set up in the same area as my HID. After seeing what they're capable of doing on their own, I'm getting a lot of incentive to find a good even mix of the two. Great job, by the way! Can't remember if I said that earlier...
Mr. Clandestine Reviewed by Mr. Clandestine on . dp blueberry day 32 Nute question? i am at day 32, other than the plant way outgrowing my cab by almost tripling in size it has gone pretty well. my main question is how much nutes and when. gh floranova. i started with a 50/50 mix of bloom/grow nutes when first switched, then went to a bloom mix of 1/4 tsp per gal with distilled h2o. i gave her about 3/4 gal every 2 days. then after 1 1/2 weeks i upped it to 1/2 tsp every other day. now i am at 1 tsp per gal. the nutes ratio is 4-8-7 with a 1 tsp per gallon equaling around 500 Rating: 5
