Light ADVICE
yo,I`m starting to grow to plants,one some albanian indica and the other is
white widow,i need an advice how to use lights?
1.What kind of a light in first couple of weeks
2.What in VEG
3What in Flowering

I suggest that you go to the overgrow.com site,and click on the growfaq,it has faq's on all the basic stuff,as well as advanced stuff. You can start your grow with floro's,then after the plants are established,use stronger lights,like metal halide and high-pressure sodium,high intensity discharge lights,hps is preferred for flowering,but can be used for veg as well..most folks use a mh light for veg and both mh and hps for flower,or at least a few floros with the hps.
The strength of your lights,should be based on the size of your room or grow area..I think that 30-50 watts per square foot,is desired.

Light ADVICE
can this work
and what combination is bether?
1.one Red fluor 200W
one Blue fluor 200 W
2.One White Bulb 200W
will it do the work for veg and for Flo and what yield to expect?
