Drug Courts
Did you look at the referenced research? The newest info is from 2002...six years ago! Most of the references are almost 10 years old. Picture the kindbud that you had 6 or 10 years ago vs today. I referenced the same article about a month ago. While it is completely wrong if the drug courts consider it valid....it isn't current research. It's a rehash of out of date information. That's my understanding...but I'm thankfully not an expert when it comes to the court system.

When in fact I feel it takes others actually longer to detox than just 30 days. The drug courts will actually say that abstinence has been violated if someone has tested positive beyond this 30 day detox time and punish offenders.
