Sounds like you've got the right ideas. I am not a body builder but I would agree that it most likely couldn't hurt. What was your frequency of smoking prior to January?

Never hurts to have a lot of test strips. Save a few and practice your dilution method. Be sure you have enough to last you right up to the day of the test. I would suggest practicing the dilution method in the time frame of when your actual test will be. ie...if your test is in the afternoon, practice diluting as if it were the day of your test. And don't count on magic potions working for you...they are very unreliable. Some people have fantastic results, most find out the hard way that they are a waste of money.

I practiced dilution 4 times and thought I had it down pat. However, when I went to my test this am, for the life of me I did not need to pee at all. Maybe it was nerves, maybe because I practiced my dilution at a different point in the day than the time I would actually be taking my test. Practice, practice, practice.
