Hello everyone,

I am 20 years old, 6ft tall, and 170lbs. I'm not fat and can eat pretty much whatever I want without gaining to much weight.

I have a drug test on January 29th, I took 3 hits of regs on January 8th. On the 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th I took like 3 hits of resin. How does resin affect drug test? I would think because it has such a low amount of THC not that much but some clarification would be nice.

I have 12 more days before my test and will have not smoked for 15 days when i take the test. I have test strips, and am running 20 mins and biking 20 mins a day, including lifting weights. What does weight lifting do for me? I would think it helps because it changes fat cells into muscle sells.

Before I found out that it take me about 6/7 days to get clean from one hit, i am nervous because i took more than one hit.

Also I plan on diluting if not clean and slightly diluting if i pass the home test strips.

I am also trying to eat fiber foods and will stop working out 3 days before the test.

Any suggestions in anyway will help.
