ok sorry it took so long to get back with the necessary info.

leaves are still folding, but on closer inspection the edges and tips of leaves were not turning brown, but have actually turned a red, not really any yellowing or brittleness at all. the redness has actually progressed further into the leaves on the older plant, but no drooping, or brittleness, leaves are "canoeing" upwards( didnt mention the older one earlier as i thought it was lost, but it is still holding on growing ever so slightly)
Also, plants are also growing very slowly, no stretching though, plants actually seem stunted. (the two younger plants are only about 1-1/2" tall, the older one is about 2" tall

anyways, on to necessary info from the form

-three different mystery strains(two from a friend in another state, another from a seed i found in some REALLY good organic locally grown stuff.
-indoor
-soil
-MiracleGro Organic Choice Potting Mix(read through the forums a bit, of course discovered it is not exactly good for my plants, so will be transplanting to better soil soon)
-have not added any fert(it seems the mix is pre fertilized a bit)
-using tap water, do not know ph
-one plant is 3 weeks old, and plants two 2 weeks old
-using one 65 watt cfl(6100 kelvin), and three 23 watt cfls(4100 kelvin), i keep them roughly 3 inches from plants.
-20hrs on/ 4 hrs off
-temp stays between 71-77f day and night
-40% humidity
- is a closet about 1-1/2 feet by 4 feet, 8 ft tall
-use one 10" fan for air circulation

do you think changing the soil and flushing would solve the major issues here, of stunting and discoloration? anything else besides the poor soil and nute burn from the soil, you see causing a problem?

any help is greatly appreciated, thanx!
