Calling all MacGuyvers Stealth Growers.

I was hoping to get everyones opinions on a 'hypothetical' indoor stealth grow. Let me know of any ideas you have about a grow with a few limitations. You have:
1) 1000 HPSaircooled w/ballast
2) Big ExhaustFan+venting
3) 24" Carbon exhaust filter
4) Florescents for clones
5) Cloning trays
6) Nutes
7) Mylar

Space
Closet 2x6 up to 7 feet tall with separate area for clones.

I'm currently looking at a sea of green style hydro-grow similar to this, but my space seems too narrow at only feet wide:

and I was wondering if you guys could give me some innovation about how to best achieve success.
I have a few questions.
Is my grow space too narrow? I was thinking that since the light will be hung by chains, and their will be room on either side that I could move the light from side to side to get better coverage of such a thin grow area. or, Should I scrap the whole closet idea, and buy a large metal locker(4x4ft)?


I also have about $100 Spending money to build either and ebb & flow, or a drip irrigation system. I was planning on using a drip irrigation system instead of an ebb&flow, because it seemed like less water would be moving between plants, and I could isolate sick girls immediately, as I'm getting clones from new, different dispensaries, but I could be convinced by any advice.

Also what are some good strains for SOG? I'm looking at purple kush because its so short and bushy.
Also, what are the best methods for odor control in a busy intersection?
I know this is long, but some aspects need the whole constraints to be effective.

I put this in the indica section because it seems to be ideal for SOGs, but I would love to grow a cycle of Sativa too if anyone has had success.
