However, my migraines are due to a childhood head trauma, so your Mom may not be as lucky. Personally, I find indicas work best for me. CFLs and tube fluoros work fine for seedlings, incidentally- no reason to wait for a HPS or such. Grow in soil, and you'll have very few problems. And why are you waiting? A closet grow, even with just fluoros, is not that hard to do. If Mom responds half as well as I do, she'll thank you for starting today! Migraines suck big time! Don't hassle if you are starting with bag seed- I've gotten some mighty fine plants that way! Most strains are indica dominant because they mature faster- and like I said indicas work best for me.
