the reviews for most presses reccomend leving it in overnight to make it tight. dont see why storing it for a week like that can be bad?

I had a shitload of kief that got stolen out of my grinder at a party ( fucked up i know) so when my kief starts building up again would it be a bad idea to just start storing it in the pollen press to be ready to be pressed?
