broken jaw

im on the disabled list right now, bad

a couple weeks ago i broke my jaw and my wrist, along with a handful of minor injuries. So right now my jaw is wired shut, and its the biggest pain in the ass ive ever had.
Im starving, and losing weight. All my food must come through a straw. usually a few milk shakes every day, sometimes with blended up cheeseburgers in there, actually tastes pretty good.

The second worst part is smoking. My bongs are painful to use because it presses on all the metal in my mouth which cuts up the inside of my lips. Im rolling some horrible blunts lately.. I can only use one hand and cant use my tounge. My joints suck for the same reasons. Ive been using my bowl but it doesnt work so well either. My bottom lip is real swollen and its tough to get a good seal on the bowl. Also its hard to cover the carb and work the lighter with one hand.



Anybody wanna come over and roll a few up for me?

Whatever way you busted your jaw, I'm sorry to hear it. You might want to get some meal replacement shakes to be sure you are getting enough nutrition (not diet shakes, the full-strength kind with plenty of protein).

Damn man, that blows. A guy I used to work with broke his jaw in an accident and had it wired shut. We gave him shit at work for probably 2 months for the way he sounded. But yeah, he did lose a lot of weight. Went from 195 to 152 and that was on special shakes that had all the nutrients and minerals from a normal meal. Good luck with the recovery.

Ha ha! No, I never met this person, and they live of the opposite side of the country from me.

Busted Jaw Dude, I would suggest trying some green dragon, but you need to be very careful not to cause any kind of upset stomach with a wired shut jaw. It can be unpredictably strong, and some people go a bit farther than they meant to when they try it.
