Vaporizor Question

I got a volcano vaporizer a little while ago but have not really ended up using it. I was considering listing it on ebay but was starting to wonder if this could potentially be illegal to do so? really would not want to take any chances but was wondering if anyone could help me find info whether this is ok or not. thanks for any help

of course u can! they have a shit load of vapes on e-bay! I even bought my vaporizer on e-bay!:thumbsupf course its legal, becuz its used for medical marijuana as well, plus ur not selling weed on e-bay, just the device, so yes it legal!:jointsmile:they even have pipes and shit, and weed paraphenilia on e-bay!:jointsmile:Go Ahead!

I also bought my vape on ebay. It's fine but what I don't get is why you're not using it?! They're awesome! ^_^
