u scrog or stadium

ok this my sound weird. you could say i am a first time grower and i am try to better educate my self. i under stand the sog growing is where you take a clone that has rooted for the most part and start flowering it but you have many clone in a SQ FT. also i know that scrog growing is where you have a screen a few inches above the base plants and then have then grow under it and have the buds grow through the screen. and you have like 1 plant per sq foot

ok if i am wrong on any of them please tell me!

but what is stadium growing and what is u-scrog growing?

i have look online try to see pic but can see any.
so if you have any or can explain please do.

also i am trying to grow 1-2 pound of dryed weed per month. i do understand there are a lot of veritable . but what is the base that i would need how much space how much light.
i have read that you get .5g per watt per month. is that true or BS. also if that the case does it make a different if you have a 400 watt light and have 16 Sog or 4-6 SCROG . this may sound weird but i think i like to grow weed and it looks like fun but i want to do it right. does CO2 play a big factor and at what % well it increase yield and nutrients are the best out there. i have see fox farm and i have followed their instruction that they have but it look like my yields are small.
so if there is any help out there i would really like some. thank you all for your time

stadium and U scrog are kind of the same. in a regular scrog lets say you have 2 square feet of screen laying horizontally about the base of your plants. if you do a U or stadium scrog you could get 2.4 square feet (estimate) in the same space as you could have gotten if you wouldnt have beneded your screen.= more bud.
