Test In Ten Days....Help

Hi, I have a test for a union job in ten days and need to clean out my system, I am 5'11 and weigh about 145lb, I usually smoke every other day or so. The bud is usually mids, Ie lower then chronic, but better then shwag as shwag does not get you high. I am currently planning on taking niacin flush, exercising at least 2 to 4 hours a days while drinking lots of cranberry juice, taking lots of ginger and cayanne pepper as well as some detox tea, now I know it has been stated that niacin does not work and a bunch of things, but I am going to try everything as long as it does not harm my body too much in the hopes of cleaning my body out faster. Any other cleaning methods would be greatly appreciated :thumbsup::jointsmile:

Its always worth a try but make sure you have some test strips so you can test yourself to see if it worked.Be sure not to over dillute. And have a backup plan.Be ready to sub if you have too just in case.
