Wow that's some bad advice. How does drinking gallons of water on a daily basis help? How does Golden Seal help or could this just some urban myth you believe? How does a sauna help? How do they detect detox drinks, which I agree don't work, at the lab? I always love accounts by rumor, ie it is someone's girlfriends cousin's mom or the co-worker of my neighbor's aunt or the brother of this guy like I knew 5 years ago........
