Hemp seed flour is high in protein and makes one hell of a smooth crepe batter if you don't mind a dull olive tint to the finished crepes. You can also make a beverage from the seeds but I don't know the process for that. Try googling the terms 'hemp seed meal' 'hemp seed flour' 'hemp seed beverage' etc.

The last one, you have to wade through to the last few paragraphs where they list plant sources of Omega 3. Hemp seed has more omega 3 than flax or pumpkin seeds and is available in health food stores. I put them in my brownies and they are delicious! OK, that ought to keep you reading for a while! Good luck!- Granny:hippy:

"In late medieval Germany and Italy, hemp was employed in cooked dishes, as filing in pies and tortes, or boiled in a soup." - Taken from Wiki.
As far as I know they were used to decorate certain foods too. You could look into making a one of those type of dishes?
