Any reason they wouldn't "leave the Americans alone"? Precedent has already been set by the inaction on the Dutch! :thumbsup:

And I believe I have read that there is a way out of the treaty by saying "We want out!" with a 3 month waiting period before it is final. Not certain about that, though- haven't read the treaty.
