You have a great point! This did occur to me Herbal but what will happen. I mean if they get enough sigies, it's put on the ballot and approved? Then what? I am really asking, this has got to create some kind of problem correct. What would happen assuming it was voted on and approved? Guess that is a good idea for a thread.
